Eligibility

1. The hackathon is open to programmers who are blind or have low vision. 
2. Participants must be able to work collaboratively in teams. 
3. A maximum of 30 participants will be accepted.

Project and Submission Requirements

1. Projects must be built using the provided WhatsAI framework by forking from https://github.com/Znasif/HackTemplate. 
2. All submissions must be received by the specified deadline. 
3. Projects must adhere to the principles of accessibility and inclusivity. 
4. Teams must consist of no more than 5 members.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

1. Innovation: Originality and creativity of the solution. 
2. Impact: Potential to address a significant accessibility need. 
3. Technical Feasibility: Functionality and robustness of the implementation. 
4. Extensibility: Ability to be expanded or adapted for future use. 
5. Presentation: Clarity and effectiveness of the project demo and submission materials.
